Mango Panna


Mango Panna

Ingredients:

500 gm Green (Raw ) Mangoes
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black salt
2 tsp Cumin seeds-roasted and powdered
2 tbsp Mint leaves-finely chopped
2 cups Water


Method:

Boil the mangoes till they are soft inside, and the skin is discoloured.

When cool enough to handle, remove the skin and squeeze pulp out of the mangoes.

Add all the dry ingredients to the pulp. Add 2 cups of water and blend.

Pour into glasses and serve with ice.
